Spring 2009 Workshop Schedule
Jan. 31 - Basic principles of Ayurveda.
Learn about the 5 elements, and the 3 doshas, what your constitution is, and your possible imbalances. The principles of treatment and main healing modalities will be discussed.
Feb. 28 - Ayurvedic Psychology .
Learn to understand yourself and others with the knowledge of the 3 doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha and how they can affect your mind and emotions. This class will cover how to reduce anxiety, fear, depression, anger etc.
Mar. 28- Ayurvedic lifestyle and diet.
Learn how to live and eat in accordance with your constitution. This class will also give you some general guideline for healthy eating which can make a big difference in your digestion and energy level.
Apr. 18 – Daily routines for a long harmonious life
This class will be a practical workshop with a relaxation- meditation and therapeutic yoga that you can do at home every day. Starting a sadhana (daily spiritual practice) is the key to our evolution and happiness. Guidance will be offer for the best maintenance of the body according to the principles of Ayurveda.

Suteja Navarro is a certified Ayurveda and Pancha Karma, and Myofascial Release therapist specializing in Yoga, Meditation. She has a decade of monastic experience and is currently based in San Francisco. www.omspring.org
